Grey Clouds 'Yonder

As usual, every occasion, be it small or big, is tinted bittersweet. Instead of a silver lining to a every cloud, life always paints my silver clouds grey. And no, it isn't a self-fulfilling prophecy. No matter the fact that I have forgone such pessimistic thoughts for a while in the midst of a chaotic semester, the little phenomenon still tags along after me.

And yes, it's a hypothesis that's derived from previous observation.

Perhaps it isn't always the fault of a life with a warped sense of humour, but also the fault of idiots that surround me. My own parents, when not in the same building still find a way to irritate each other to the point of arguing. And idiot that I am, I allow these little things to grate against my nerves and scratch wounds into my composure. Ah, the life of a discipline-less city dweller.

On a positive note: My holidays just started, so Charles, drop me a line when you're free.
